About the project
This project is an official content and SEO platform created for AL-KO Kober LLC in Ukraine.
The website provides practical information, maintenance recommendations, product guides, and brand-related content covering AL-KO, solo by AL-KO, and Masport equipment.
The content covers several brands:
- AL-KO
- solo by AL-KO
- Masport
Rather than functioning as an isolated blog, the platform was designed as a long-term content asset supporting the official e-commerce ecosystem through structured content, search visibility, and customer education.

Task
The objective was to develop a separate content website that would:
- support the official online store through SEO and content marketing;
- provide a structured platform for publishing articles and guides;
- remain simple and manageable for non-technical content updates;
- support multiple languages;
- require minimal technical maintenance over time.

Implementation
The website was built on WordPress using the OceanWP theme.
The implementation included:
- setup and configuration of the WordPress environment;
- creation of blog structure and category hierarchy;
- implementation of multilingual functionality using Polylang;
- creation of two language versions;
- basic SEO structure setup;
- preparation of the system for independent content management by the client.
Since launch, all content has been created and published by the client without external technical involvement.
The platform was structured to function as an independent content layer connected to the broader e-commerce ecosystem while remaining simple enough for long-term client-managed publishing.

Result
The website continues to operate as a long-term content and SEO platform supporting the official AL-KO online store.
It serves as:
- a continuously expanding content library;
- a search visibility asset connected to the e-commerce ecosystem;
- a practical information resource for equipment owners and potential customers.
The project demonstrates how a well-structured content platform can support commercial objectives for years while requiring minimal technical maintenance.

Notes
This was one of my earlier projects.
From today’s perspective, certain decisions could be approached differently, taking into account more advanced practices in structure, performance, and SEO.
At the same time, this case illustrates an important principle:
a system does not have to be complex to be reliable.
A simple, well-structured solution can remain functional and relevant for years if built with clarity and purpose.
This approach — prioritizing stability and maintainability over unnecessary complexity — remains a core part of my work today.
